Hello! I'm Khanh.

I'm a Copy-based Creative Director who has spent 20 years in advertising industry. She has constantly built her career in global agencies of J. Walter Thompson Vietnam, Leo Burnett M&T Vietnam, Dentsu Alpha, and local communication corporations of Square Group and ID Communications Group.

Passionate in creative and training, I manage to constantly sharpen my capabilities to offer creative contents and campaigns in order to not only solve Client’s issues but also build the Brands in the long term.

20 years in advertising is a journey where I learned how to balance Creativity and client's business issues, which is even more challenging than just being a pure creative. I chose not to work for awards, but for the real impacts to the consumers and community.

I'M A TRAINER 

I believe training and coaching is essential to build people and agencies. Creative staffs are the most sensitive creatures in the world, therefore they need to be prepared professionally, mentally, and emotionally to cope with their tough missions.

I'VE GOT A STRATEGIC MINDSET  

When advertising has moved to 4.0, creativity has to be empowered with data and consumer's insights. Great works are those which can change people's habits and behaviours, not only to entertain. It will involve strategic thinking in creative ideas.
